The Track at Portreath is the finest dirt jumping facility in the UK. A five-acre floodlit site, trails offer a physical challenge for all abilities. Our courses are designed to give anybody the chance to improve their bike knowledge and skills through the tracks SMBLA certified instructor. Courses last between 2 hrs - 7.5hrs
Travelling to Camborne & Redruth
Both Camborne and Redruth have train stations on the main London to Penzance line, and are situated just off the A30.
Portreath is close to both (roughly four miles to the north), and is on the coast. There are regular buses to Redruth and Camborne from most major Cornish areas (buses 14 and 18 from Truro), and buses to Portreath also run from Truro, Camborne and Redruth (route T7). Dogs are allowed around most of the mining sites, including the Great Flat Lode. Portreath Beach has a dog ban between Easter and 1st October
There are numerous car parks in Redruth, Carn Brea and Camborne, and along the Great Flat Lode at Marriott’s and West Basset. Portreath also has a good sized car park above the beach
Both Redruth and Camborne’s town centres have excellent toilet facilities. Portreath beach also has public toilets (including disabled facilities)
Eating & drinking

Many of the mine areas around Redruth and Camborne are potential picnic spots, and Portreath has a lovely beach which is perfect on calm days.
